About the Role:

  • Provide enthusiastic, professional, and quality remote assistance via video conferencing and phone.
  • Assist in establishing personal and non-personal accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and ownership structure.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and services to cross-sell and educate members on solutions.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED and minimum of one year of financial institution or customer service experience.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule and reside in Texas.
