Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of software and services to insurance customers, playing a critical part in the successful implementation of new applications and systems.
• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and construct Work Breakdown Structures.
• Report status of plans and track change controls, risks, and issues.
• Maintain and monitor project plan execution, providing input on financial and resourcing aspects.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in project management with multi-project or workstream experience greater than 10,000 hours.
• Experience with custom/complex integrations and conversions over 18+ months and team leadership with average team size of 20+ people.
• 5 years of insurance experience required, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, and an MBA or Master’s degree and PMP certification preferred.
