POSITION SUMMARY:
- Supports Spanish and English-speaking cancer patients, families, and caregivers.
- Assesses patient needs, addresses psychosocial stressors, and helps improve decision-making.
- Connects constituents with American Cancer Society programs and community resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages a regular caseload of new and ongoing cases, prioritizing tasks based on constituent needs.
- Requires consistent delivery of high-quality information that meets the unique needs of each constituent.
- Achieves monthly key performance indicators.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to translate medical information accurately and effectively in Spanish and English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
