Business Development Associate (Entry-Level Healthcare Sales)

Looking for a Business Development Associate to support a growing healthcare staffing sales team across the U.S. As an associate, you'll reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and direct messaging. You'll also be expected to qualify leads based on interest, timing, and organizational needs, as well as hand off warm, qualified leads to our senior sales team for follow-up. Tracking all interactions using our CRM and maintaining clean, up-to-date records will also be part of the job, as well as assisting with national sales campaigns and sharing valuable market insights.
