Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial Systems roadmap, including CRM and other tools; partner with Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, and Sales Leadership.
  • Manage Salesforce platform: development, configuration, UAT, release management, and end-user training.
  • Oversee custom tool development, define technical requirements, and ensure integration with the commercial systems ecosystem.

AI Roadmap:

  • Develop AI roadmap for Commercial function: account prioritization, scoring, rep coaching, territory planning, content generation, and field reporting.
  • Partner with IT, Data, and vendors to evaluate AI solutions; lead pilots and define scaling criteria.
  • Champion responsible adoption, manage change, measure impact, and iterate based on feedback.

Team and Vendor Coordination:

  • Lead a small team of Salesforce administrators and systems analysts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Track platform budgets, project milestones, and delivery progress across workstreams.
