Job Description
A Cloud Pre-Sales Engineer is needed to manage multiple cloud products from a technical and business point of view at Gcore. Responsibilities include working with customers to understand their challenges and needs, collaborating with teams to deliver solutions, and designing customer-centric solutions aligned with business value. Collaboration with Sales Managers, create proposals and organize live demos, and product presentations.
This role also involves providing technical consulting, leading pre-sales architectural discussions, and sharing customer feedback to inform feature roadmaps. The engineer will act as a bridge between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting with strong technical knowledge of public or private clouds. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.
