Head of Consultant Relations

What You Will Achieve In This Role:

• Set the national consultant strategy and operating model, allocating named firms and offices across the Directors.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach the Director team and hold each accountable for relationship quality and commercial contribution.
• Personally develop senior relationships across priority consulting firms and turn them into wins.

What You Might Bring To The Table:

• A track record of turning consultant relationships into employer opportunities and commercial results.
• Established senior relationships across priority benefits consulting firms like Mercer, Aon, WTW, etc.
• Experience building a consultant-relations strategy and managing a team to scale a function.

AI Requirements:

• Use AI daily in your own work and actively identify automations or agentic workflows that change how your team operates.
• Evaluate whether an AI-driven process is safe and reliable enough for sensitive patient data before rolling out to the team.

What We Offer:

• Annual base salary of $300,000 with $525,000 OTE expectation.
