Principal Tech Product Manager- Conversational AI

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join LivePerson’s Global Product organization as the Principal Technical Product Manager for critical Copilot an d Conversational AI capabilities driven by LLM to increase agent efficiency and overall higher customer satisfaction. You will: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for brand experiences for Copilot and Conversational AI product suite, aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business objectives. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and timelines for delivering new features and capabilities. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, working closely with Design teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight customers. Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and enhance go-to-market strategies. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and share knowledge with the broader team.
