Organizational Change Manager - Consulting Services (Certified)

The Organizational Change Manager - Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of organizational change management strategies across an organization. The OCM Lead/Change Manager will be a part of the Consulting Services team. This role involves leading and coordinating the change management team, guiding senior leadership, and ensuring that large-scale changes are effectively implemented with minimal disruption. The Organizational Change Manager will design, manage, execute and evaluate the change process to ensure smooth transitions, maximize employee adoption, and achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities include Leadership and Organization Change Management Strategy Development as well as Planning and Execution. Other responsibilities include Stakeholder Management and Engagement, Communication Management and Training, Risk and Resistance Management, Measurement and Evaluation of change management plans and change adoption, Continuous Improvement, and Team Development and Support
