Senior Quality Analyst

About the Role:

• As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in elevating quality practices across customer-facing event management workflows and complex distributed systems.
• You will be an expert within our engineering organization, deeply understanding product behaviour, customer journeys, and business rules.

What You Will Own:

• Own and drive end-to-end quality for the BPSA product team, championing quality standards and rapid feedback loops.
• Design and execute validation strategies for feature related initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Champion test automation best practices and coach engineers to take shared ownership of building and maintaining automated tests.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive software engineering or quality engineering with deep focus on quality in complex distributed system environments.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into well-defined user stories and risk-based test scenarios.
• Experience building test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress from the ground up, and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
