Job Description
Cradle is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice, focusing on supporting the commercial team. You'll be responsible for contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as Master Services Agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements. The role involves template management, advising on US law matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing legal risks. You will also liaise with external legal advisors in various jurisdictions. This role requires a US Licensed Attorney with 5+ years of experience, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a customer-centric approach and high level of integrity.
