Seeking a dynamic Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role requires fluency in both English and French, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our company’s HR initiatives.
As a member of the HR Service Centre, the Bilingual HR Coordinator is responsible for providing transactional and administrative support for employee information changes over the employment life cycle and for delivery of internal human resource services ensuring employee data records are accurate, complete, and kept up to date within our HRIS system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer service, with a passion for helping others, providing guidance and support on HR processes and policies while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in data entry and accuracy. This role requires excellent data entry skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, as well as the ability to work well under timelines.
