Job Description
As Supervisor, Northern Region Expansion, you will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of our Cities Account Management team in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Your main focus will be to guide the team in managing and growing a portfolio of top strategic merchants. This includes ensuring consistent portfolio growth, boosting sales performance, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our merchant partners. Your leadership will be key to expanding our presence and success across the Northern region.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
Strategic planning and managed teams
Assisted Regional manager in planning and implementing GTM strategy.
Managed and supported acquisition team who will be a key player in this team to deliver their tasks and achieve their target.
Evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs.
Provide performance summary and valuable on-ground insight along with recommendations to core team
On-ground strategic partner acquisition
Lead strategic partners acquisition and gain new product adoption.
On-ground with the team to give them guidance and help uplift their performance.
