About the role:

• The Construction Specialist is responsible for remote management of home turns and renovations.
• This role blends construction expertise with project ownership from scoping to completion.
• You will act as both estimator and project controller, using video and photo inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Review inspection data, contractor scopes, and budgets for accuracy.
• Develop detailed scopes of work aligned with Mynd standards.
• Oversee active projects and communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
