Oversee day-to-day technical operations and condition of commercial real estate assets.
Act as main tenant contact for operational issues, repairs, lease reminders, and escalations.
Manage vendors: prepare scopes, compare bids, coordinate repairs, control quality and costs.

Requirements:

4+ years of property management or commercial real estate operations in the US.
Proven experience with triple net leases, multi-tenant assets, and CAM reconciliation.
Strong vendor management, budget tracking, and Excel or property management system skills.
