Lime is seeking a Payroll and HR services coordinator for the NA and APAC region to join the People Operations team! Reporting to the People Ops Program Manager, this role requires a strong understanding of payroll practices to act as a bridge between Finance and the People team.
Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for payroll-related questions, processing compensation and bonus changes in Workday, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements through automation. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining payroll vendor employee setup, supporting process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and recommending scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with attention to detail and automation.
