Territory Oversight & Strategy:
- Lead territory performance through oversight of advisor team engagement, activity volume, and campaign strategy.
- Align regional marketing initiatives with goals and corporate growth priorities.
- Serve as escalation owner for high-priority advisor concerns within the territory.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Directly manage and develop a team of Regional Marketing Consultants and Advisor Marketing Program Specialists.
- Provide coaching, role clarity, and professional growth opportunities for team members.
- Oversee performance development plans and conduct regular check-ins.
Corporate Projects & Reporting:
- Deliver actionable insights and reporting on program performance, ROI, and advisor team outcomes.
- Lead Salesforce campaign tracking and marketing performance dashboards to measure growth, adoption, and engagement.
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives that require territory-wide participation.
