Job Description

The Customer Solution Engineer will be the link between our customers and our product, ensuring their success and contributing directly to our evolution. This role involves global collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Technical Support, R&D, and Management teams. Key responsibilities include managing customer feature requests, translating customer requirements into actionable insights, and classifying tasks for Engineering Groups. Proactively identifying existing product solutions and communicating about feature delivery is crucial. The role also includes conducting technical research for third-party integrations, recommending knowledge base enhancements, identifying recurring requests and key trends, and providing feedback for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-facing background and the ability to communicate complex technical subjects effectively.
