Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through the interview process. Own the interviewer management process and work closely with engineering teams to align their availability to interview candidates. Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talent. Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner. Manage ad hoc talent projects, including data & reporting work.
Requirements include 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles and prior experience operating in a fast-paced, technology organization. The ideal candidate will have strong prioritization and time management skills, proactivity, and impeccable communication skills.
