Job Description
The DACH Sales Senior Manager will report to the AVP, Global Sales, and lead wholesale expansion for the DACH region. Responsibilities include defining and executing a multi-year global retailer pipeline for the DACH Region across various industries. Proactively conduct retailer outreach, create proposals, lead negotiations, and develop an onboarding plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves partnering with Legal, Accounting, Hardware & SaMD on country level requirements. The Senior Manager owns retailer level assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, inventory, and POs in collaboration with various departments. They will also host quarterly business reviews with retailers and collaborate with Strategic Finance on LTV/CAC modeling. Requires willingness to travel to retailers, trade shows, and WHOOP HQ in Boston, MA (up to 25%).
