Head of Engineering

Ashby is seeking an Engineering leader who has built impressive products, developed exceptional Engineers, and established cultural norms and processes for an entire Engineering department. As Head of Engineering, you’ll manage a remote team of 20 engineers and 2 EMs, covering specializations from Product to Site Reliability to Design Engineering. The team will grow to 40 engineers and 5-6 EMs over the next year.
