As Head of Engineering in the Americas, you’ll work closely with the VP of Engineering and your counterpart in EMEA to continue scaling Ashby's unique culture. You’ll manage a remote team of engineers and EMs, growing that team significantly over the next year. Your experience and leadership are needed to thoughtfully double the Engineering team.
