What you'll own:
- Finance systems & automation:
- Build and maintain automated data layer: API pulls from Xero, Deel, and Revolut into Google Sheets.
- Ongoing automation of the Deel ↔ Xero integration.
- Cash Management:
- Own the design, build, and maintenance of our cash monitoring tool.
- Feeding liquidity management and treasury decisions with clean, reliable data.
- Compensation Modelling:
- Own the data gathering, modelling, and tooling behind our compensation framework.
- analytical input to compensation decisions.

Planting Space is building a system that represents domain knowledge as modular probabilistic models — making analysis rigorous and transparent. Their first applications are in finance and scientific research, with use cases ranging from equity valuation and distress monitoring, to particle physics.
