What The Role Involves:
- Support the design and maintenance of annual and quarterly revenue plans
- Track performance vs. plan and surface early signals of deviation
Headcount Planning:
- Own headcount tracking across Revenue functions
- Model capacity scenarios to evaluate hiring impact on output
What You’ll Bring To The Team:
- Comfortable working with large, messy datasets and structuring ambiguous problems
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, financial modelling); working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
