Groups Contract Specialist

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of: Be a champion advocate for your portfolio of customers through the contracting lifecycle of their booking needs. Manage numerous bookings simultaneously at various stages of the contracting process. Collaborate with Group Sales Managers and customers to collect and execute hotel and customer contracts and billing with precision and accuracy. Be accountable to communicate and hold customer and hotels to various deadlines. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining open lines of communication, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns, and providing superior service throughout the booking process. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sourcing, group sales, groups support and project recon to ensure seamless execution of group bookings. Learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools implemented at a rapid scale.
