Sales Manager

Role:

• Lead sales efforts for recycling sorting capital equipment across the West Coast USA region.
• Work independently while collaborating with a diverse, international team.
• Drive growth and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the West Coast USA region.
• Identify and engage with potential customers in the recycling and waste management sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery.
