Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will design training programs and competitive strategies to empower sales teams across North America. You will identify skill gaps, create targeted learning paths and partner with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to align training with go-to-market strategy. You will also build and maintain a suite of competitive enablement tools, bring creativity to training sessions and track/analyze training effectiveness. You will coach and mentor sales reps, helping them reach their full potential.
