About the Role:
- Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for global programs.
- Oversee operations, manage profit and loss (P&L), and forecast revenue.
- Drive operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of programs and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead capture efforts for strategic opportunities, including pipeline development and customer engagement.
- Manage division-level profit and loss (P&L), including revenue forecasting and cost control.
- Mentor and lead program directors, managers, logistics personnel, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
