Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with an IT background and hands-on experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology, driving solutions that truly make an impact.
Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate ideas into clear specifications, user stories, and roadmaps. Partner with stakeholders to shape product vision and prioritize features. Map and improve business processes to boost efficiency and compliance. Lead workshops and ensure smooth communication across teams. Support acceptance testing and validate solutions meet real-world needs.
Qualifications: 6+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. Previous industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, or MedTech. Solid IT background with strong documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GxP). Experience with Agile/Scrum and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML). A problem-solver who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
