Senior Marketing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own multiple projects at once across coaching and course launches, webinars, book campaigns, marketing campaigns, sales funnels, digital products, live and virtual events.
• Personally build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows within Asana or similar.
• Lead projects across Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Project Management, launch management, product/program management, or similar experience in a fast-moving organization.
• Experience inside a creator-led coaching or personal development business that sells courses, memberships, high ticket coaching, digital products, or live events.
• Direct experience personally managing revenue-generating launches such as coaching or course launches, webinars, book campaigns, sales funnels, email campaigns, affiliate campaigns.
