Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, you will deliver technical expertise and product demonstrations customized to prospect requirements, maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and provide technical guidance to the sales team. Develop comprehensive customer profiles through technical discovery sessions and create detailed technical proposals. Collaborate with Product and Professional Services teams to scope out Delivery work and represent the company at industry events. In-Life Customer Engagement involves informing customers of new features, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to optimize deployed solutions. Represent customer technical requirements to Product Management and Engineering teams and collaborate with the Support team.
