Responsibilities:
- Manage milestone-based project plans, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Configure client environments and provide administrator training.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to Customer Success.
Knowledge, Experience, Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in a client-facing implementation.
- Experience managing structured project plans.
- Foundational technical aptitude is a plus.
