Job Description
As a Senior HR Controller, you will be an integral part of the HR organization, collaborating within a dedicated HR Controlling team. You will have opportunity to shape processes and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations. This includes closing, forecasting, and planning, alongside calculating and monitoring accruals and provisions. You will prepare and develop monthly, quarterly, and annual HR dashboards, key performance indicators, and reports. You will also support decision-making by providing workforce cost modeling, headcount, and cost analyses. Furthermore, you will translate and visualize figures to support business understanding and maintain the planning and reporting systems. This role requires collaboration with Finance & Controlling and business teams to ensure functional integrity and proper controls. Participate in local and international projects supporting HR controlling activities.
