The Strategy team defines how Flock evolves its solution portfolio to win in the market through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. Within this team, the Competitive Intelligence function provides Sales with the insights, tools, and guidance needed to compete effectively. As the go-to expert on the competitive landscape, you’ll transform market insights into actionable strategies that improve win rates and drive revenue.
In this role, you’ll lead competitive enablement by maintaining core tools, battlecards, playbooks, objection-handling guides, and delivering targeted training to strengthen selling skills. You’ll also act as the primary liaison to Sales leadership, providing regular updates, attending key meetings, and offering on-demand research and positioning for high-stakes deals.
You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure consistent, accurate messaging across all assets, while using sales feedback to refine strategy, align cross-functional teams, and support broader go-to-market goals.
