We are hiring engineers to build the systems behind our Productions managed services, including human data platforms, core productions engine, and editor platform.
You will own your scope, build in Rust, and ship production systems end to end with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain backend systems that power our production workflows and data pipelines.
Improve reliability, scalability, and metrics for internal platforms and task engines.
Lead projects and contribute to both new tools and platform hardening.

Requirements:

Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in Rust, with a full-stack focus on UI systems.
Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms or data pipelines.
Comfortable switching between building new editors and hardening the platform underneath.
