Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play an integral part in Pacific Life’s efforts to establish and grow a $1B revenue, profitable business in the Workforce Benefits market. This role requires travel and is considered 100% remote.
Create and implement a strategy for Broker Distribution, meeting sales, retention, and profitability goals. Partner with Workforce Benefits leaders, provide the voice of the Broker market, and strengthen Broker partnerships. Advise on issues impacting sales results and strategic needs. Develop plans and KPIs to ensure Broker Distribution commitments, maintaining connections with underwriting, product, and pricing teams. Prioritize customer and broker viewpoints in decision-making. Participate in industry activities to stay attuned to trends, representing the company as needed.
