Responsibilities:
- You will support the day-to-day payroll functions for a highly complex organization of 4000+ employees across 220 practices using ADP Workforce Now.
- You will partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
- You will resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution within 48 business hours.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management.
- You have strong knowledge of multi-state payroll rules and regulations.
- You have extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now and US payroll tax laws.
