Customer Success Associate - Referrals

Build relationships with current students and alumni to create a strong referral pipeline. Proactively identify referral opportunities within our learner ecosystem and convert them into warm leads. This involves making cold calls, working closely with Student Success, New Programs, Careers, and Academic Delivery teams to surface top alumni advocates, time outreach with course milestones, and integrate referral prompts into the student journey. Maintain accurate referral data in the CRM, track referral stages, and follow up diligently. Effectively communicate program offerings and outcomes to referred prospects, and bring referral-related insights from alumni and students to internal teams to improve program quality and retention. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral-based enrollment targets.
