What You'll Do:
- Prepare for and deliver live, dynamic platform demonstrations tailored to prospect challenges.
- Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups in the platform for specific HR scenarios.
- Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex RFPs and handle product queries.
About You:
- Have applied, hands-on experience in the People Analytics space.
- Are an exceptional communicator with natural charisma who can adjust presentation style on the fly.
- Can confidently discuss advanced analytics with CHROs and HR leaders as easily as data logic with IT buyers.
What This Role Is NOT:
- This is a consultative pre-sales role, not a backend data analytics or engineering position.
- It is not a post-sales consulting role or an applied People Analytics position.
- It does not involve coding or data architecture work.
