Responsibilities:
- Lead new Version2.ai customers in preparation for the launch of their autonomous fundraiser.
- Prepare and closely manage onboarding deliverables using collaborative project tools.
- Provide consultative services on data integrations between client CRM and Version2.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Advancement Database Systems like Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud, Salesforce, and Ellucian.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for top-level leadership interactions.
- Proven project management skills and passion for driving customer time to value.
You will:
- Work remotely within the United States in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to process optimization and robust documentation for scalability.
