About the Role:

  • As an SMB BDR, you will manage a territory of 2,000+ accounts and drive growth through high-volume outreach.
  • You will own the meeting attendance and re-engage missed demos to ensure prospects show up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hit your numbers: book 15 meetings per month, with at least 9 qualified by an Account Executive.
  • Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, ensuring 100+ dials among other touch points.
  • Personalize strategically by identifying key triggers like new hires or fundraising goals.
