About The Role:
- You’ll lead a remote LATAM CS team, driving engagement and retention for SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Design AI-driven service motions and build scalable workflows, playbooks, and KPIs for high-volume management.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee customer lifecycle, from kickoff to expansion, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Proactively identify churn risks and coach your team on growth motions like referrals and upsells.
Who You Are:
- You have 8+ years in B2B SaaS CS, including 4+ years leading remote teams for scaling companies.
- You’re fluent in English and experienced with AI-driven workflows, CRMs, and data tools.
