Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to understand requirements and ensure accurate testing.
- Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
- Provide clear effort estimates for manual testing tasks and deliver thorough test coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Guidewire Analyst Associate certification; ISTQB or Agile certifications preferred.
- Ability to lead, take initiative, and guide teams in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Experience in claims creation, FNOLs, reserves, checks, and payment transactions.
