Strategy & Leadership:
- Own and evolve Affirm’s global mobility strategy anchored in immigration as the core driver.
- Set vision and build frameworks for immigration sponsorship, remote work enablement, and global mobility.
- Advise senior leaders on immigration, mobility, and location decisions.
Operational Excellence:
- Build scalable processes and tooling to support global mobility in a remote-first environment.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, Total Rewards, and Talent to deliver aligned programs.
- Establish reporting and analytics to track program effectiveness and inform decisions.
Compliance & Employee Experience:
- Partner with internal Legal and external counsel to deliver compliant, forward-looking immigration and mobility programs.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, practical solutions.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, employee-friendly policies and guidance.
