In this full-cycle role, youβll support hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on engineering roles. Youβll have the freedom to drive projects, iterate quickly, and work closely with leadership to build high-performing, impactful teams.
Source and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and help them envision their impact at Greenlight. Serve as an advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to help them to make the best hiring decisions, including role definition, creating interview plans and panels, and thinking strategically. Refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
