Job Description
As our Deal Desk manager, you'll be the strategic anchor point for commercial deal execution—balancing speed, structure, and compliance across high-value observability contracts. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Security acting as the air traffic controller and liaison between each of these teams to accelerate deal cycles while ensuring extreme attention to detail managing multiple deals, stakeholders, and deadlines at a time.
You will support the Sales Department by acting as a point of contact for account executives to expedite deal processes, reducing sales cycle time and improving deal efficiency and you'll work with the Sales teams on the full deal lifecycle for new sales, renewals, and upsells, ensuring that deals are structured for success and compliance.
In this role you will need to help build a scalable deal desk framework and governance model in addition to identifying opportunities to improve deal desk processes, tools, and workflows to enhance deal velocity and reduce bottlenecks.
