The Senior Specialist, Team Member Insights will join Ryan's team. This role involves managing and maintaining team member data, supporting survey operations, and driving process improvements across systems. The role assists with deploying surveys, audits and manages source lists, and leverages project management skills. They will own the wrangling, auditing, and management of data from multiple sources, and ensure data cleanliness. The specialist will manage the survey ticketing system and optimize surveys. They will also streamline and automate data and survey processes. The Senior specialist will juggle multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate proactively with team members.
