We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Director with a proven track record in enterprise database sales to expand our customer base throughout India. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include aggressively building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline across India, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, and developing and executing territory sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Further responsibilities involve building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, collaborating with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to create compelling solutions and representing TiDB at industry events, conferences, and user groups. Responsibilities also include providing market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape product roadmap.
