Job Description

This remote role in the Saskatoon, Rosetown Area enhances sales and profitability by collaborating closely with top-tier growers. The role requires meeting or exceeding territory sales targets and objectives by focusing on Elite Grower clients identified as "Grow and Get". You will implement annual business activity plans with selected top-tier growers in cooperation with preferred retail partners using a Customer Link approach. This role also involves executing the Discovery Phase of strategic selling with a strong business orientation and focus on providing added value and information beyond agronomic expertise.

You will deliver programs or offers to target growers, collaborate with Territory Sales Representatives to oversee retail partnerships in their region, and manage the performance inquiry process. The role requires communicating on an ongoing basis with Elite Grower's preferred retail account representative or consultants and recording all grower interaction in a CRM tool. Collaboration with customer campaign teams to provide input on customer needs is also expected.
