- Build systems for communication, coordination, accountability, and collaboration between regional and statewide leadership bodies.

Co-Governance and Elected Leadership:
- Lead development and execution of statewide co-governance strategy.
- Plan annual statewide and regional governance convenings.
- Facilitate monthly statewide elected officials call and coordinate issue-based governing campaigns.
Staff Management and Organizational Leadership:
- Supervise staff, support cross-department coordination.
- Foster culture of collaboration, accountability, and political alignment.
- Participate in organizational planning and strategic decision-making.
